What Can You Afford? Perception of Affordances in Autism

Research Study

Conducted by: Clemson University

The purpose of our research is to explore how individuals with Autism use everyday objects. The research we collect may help us to understand more about the factors that impact the way various individuals perceive and use objects.

We will collect this data though an online survey. The survey will display an object and ask the individual to type how they have interacted with or could interact with the shown object. Additionally, they will be asked to list the socially acceptable ways in which they could or have interact with the object.

The survey only takes 15-20 minutes, and we are offering a $15 Amazon gift card as well as a chance to be entered into a drawing for a pair of $300 BOSE Noise Cancelling headphones.
