For over 45 years, Birch Family Services has provided individualized, person-centered services for people with autism and developmental disabilities and their families. We help navigate significant transitions across the life cycle and offer early childhood and school-age education, residential and community programming, employment supports, and professional development trainings. Today, our educational and long-term supports serve more than 2,000 individuals daily in 30 locations across New York City.

Chapel Haven Schleifer Center is a nationally accredited transitional living program located in New Haven, Connecticut that offers comprehensive, individualized services for adults with developmental and social disabilities who desire independence. We appreciate that independence, more than living on one’s own, means having the freedom to pursue a life of fulfillment and define for oneself what that fulfillment means. We provide services in support of that pursuit, including residential programs, virtual learning, day programs, recreation, vocational training, and a host of other options to meet the unique needs of each adult.

Lesley University Threshold Program is the nation’s oldest and largest continuously operating college-based transition program that combines a residential experience on-campus with employment training. Students in the Threshold Program join campus clubs and teams, while focusing upon a curriculum that emphasizes the acquisition of employment, independent, and community engagement skills.

Pathways Academy provides education and support for autism spectrum disorder and The Arlington School features academics and support for students that have struggled with anxiety and/or depression.
