Chapel Haven Schleifer Center is a nationally accredited transitional living program located in New Haven, Connecticut that offers comprehensive, individualized services for adults with developmental and social disabilities who desire independence. We appreciate that independence, more than living on one’s own, means having the freedom to pursue a life of fulfillment and define for oneself what that fulfillment means. We provide services in support of that pursuit, including residential programs, virtual learning, day programs, recreation, vocational training, and a host of other options to meet the unique needs of each adult.
Rising Center provides individualized training and guidance in the use of mindfulness-based practices for individuals with neurodiversity, their families, and teachers. The sessions may include gentle yoga, breath meditation, body scan, and loving-kindness practices. Carla Leone, a certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher with an M.A. in Mindfulness from Lesley University and decades of training in mindfulness-based practices, provides these services both virtually and at our offices in Concord, MA.
Mansfield Hall is a living and learning community which provides residential, academic, executive functioning, social, and independent living skill support to students who are going to college. Located in Burlington, VT, Madison, WI, and Eugene, OR, our students come to us from around the country to be a part of our residential community, which provides a comprehensive and holistic support system to facilitate their transition into college and independence.
McLean Hospital: Pathways Academy

Pathways Academy at McLean Hospital is a year-round, therapeutic day school developed to meet the social, sensory, psychological, and educational needs of children and adolescents ages 6 through 22 with autism spectrum disorders. Pathways uses evidence-based treatment methods and teaches the skills needed to successfully manage an individual’s mental health and help adolescents and families live rewarding lives.
