Interviewing have been shown to be a significant barrier to obtaining gainful employment among the ASD population. The goal of this doctoral study is to examine the lived experiences of college educated Autists and the organizational interview process. This research aims to inform the organizational hiring processes to be more neurodiverse and inclusive.

Participants much be college educated adults with a bachelors degree or higher, have a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of high functioning Autism or Asperger’s, have participated in an interview within the past 2 years, and be legal citizens in the United States. Interviews are anonymous, will be approximately 15-30 minutes in length, and occur either over the phone or in person.
