Kevin Expands Social Engagement

Before enrolling in LifeNet, Kevin* wasn’t very motivated to change his routine and engage people outside of his family to pursue the independent living priorities that mattered most to him. But once he began building rapport and comfort with his LifeNet team – led by case manager Iceis Elliott and support partner Deneé Ligon – he worked with them to try out new ideas and activities. From joining social activities with neurodiverse peers in LifeNet, to participating in a high-tech Yale robotics research study, Kevin now proactively engages his LifeNet team to work on his priorities!
