INVISIBLE SOCIAL IDENTITY IN THE WORKPLACE: NARRATIVE RESEARCH EXPLORING HOW EXPERIENCES OF YOUNG ADULTS WITH HIGH FUNCTIONING AUTISM, INFLUENCE THEIR DECISION TO DISCLOSE.

Article

The goal of this research is to explore the stories of young adults, who identify on the autism spectrum, as they work though their decision to disclose their identity in the workplace. Participants will be asked to participate in one interview session, consisting of a dozen questions, conducted by the student researcher. Session will last for 45-60 minutes, at a time and locations convenient for the participant.
