Food and Eating Behaviors of Children with ASD in Response to COVID-19 Survey

Research Study

We at the Purdue Autism Research Center are studying how children with ASD are responding to the COVID-19 outbreak as it relates to food and eating behaviors. The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes, and participants will be given the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of ten $20 Amazon gift cards. By taking part in this study, your family will be contributing to the body of knowledge about how large-scale crises like COVID-19 affect the food environment and dietary needs of children with ASD.

Eligibility: Parent of a child diagnosed with ASD under the age of 18 living in the United States.

This survey does not ask for any personal information. If you provide your email address to enter into the drawing of a gift card, we will store your email address separately from your survey answers. We will delete your e-mail address data once the raffle is complete.
