Focus Groups and Individual Interviews for Spanish-Speaking Families: Increasing Sex Education Accessibility for Autistic Adolescents

Research Study

The Crehan Lab at Tufts University is currently recruiting Spanish-speaking autistic adolescents and their parents for a research study on sex education in Spanish-speaking families. In order to be eligible, adolescent participants must be between the ages of 11 and 18, have a documented diagnosis of ASD with no history of intellectual disability, be able to consent for themselves and be able to participate in a 30-45 minute Zoom conversation about their experiences with sex education. Parent participants must have Spanish as their primary language and be able to participate in a 60-90 minute Zoom conversation about sex education.

If you are a parent participant, you will receive a $20 Amazon gift card as compensation for 60-90 minutes of your participation. If you are an adolescent participant, you will receive a $15 Amazon gift card as compensation for 30-45 minutes of your participation.

If you are willing to participate or have any questions, please contact the Crehan Lab by phone (617.804.7555) or email (crehanlab@tufts.edu).
