Irina Cain at the Lurie Institute for Disability Policy is inviting parents or family members of young adults aged 18-26 with autism or intellectual disability to participate in a study on independent living.
This study is about understanding what barriers and supports your family experienced when planning for your child to live independently. We are interested in your experiences with transition planning in high school, and access to adult services after finishing school.
Participating means talking to an interviewer for about 45 minutes about your experiences. You will receive a $20 gift card for your participation.
