DESCRIPTION: Boundaries are a critical part of every relationship. This interactive workshop will teach how to set healthy boundaries and how to avoid unhealthy boundaries. We will discuss setting boundaries in the coaching relationship and in personal relationships. You will learn how healthy boundaries provide emotional safety and how healthy boundaries free up emotional energy. You will also learn how to avoid unhealthy boundaries that lead to resentment, hurt, anger and burnout. This will be an interactive workshop, so please have a pen and paper handy when you log on!

HOST: Marcia Robinson, M.Ed, CAGS is the Coordinator of Volunteer Services and a LifeMAP Coach at AANE. As a school psychologist who practiced in several MA school districts, she uses her expertise and experience as AANE’s facilitator of the Grandparent’s Support group, where she embraces the grandparents of individuals of any age with an Asperger/autism spectrum profile. Marcia offers a balance of information and support, as well as strategies for successful family experiences. Her experience offers a wealth of insights on the importance of boundaries and strategies to set and maintain those boundaries effectively.
