Online “Open” LifeNet Morning Chair Exercises for Adults, 10/29/20, 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM ET
October 29 @ 11:00 am - 11:30 am, Free
DESCRIPTION: Brighten up your morning by practicing guided chair exercises with LifeNet Personal Advocate, Melissa!
The AANE’s “LifeNet” Independent Living Support Program offers a variety of social activities to its clients. For a limited time, we are making some of the online LifeNet Social Activities available to a limited number of non-LifeNet clients. Now other adults on the spectrum (regardless of where they live) can experience the companionship and camaraderie that LifeNet offers to its clients through Thursday AM Chair Exercises, a 30-minute low-impact exercise session 11:00-11:30 AM US ET (via Zoom).
How to Connect to a Chair Exercise Session
After you register, you will receive a registration confirmation email from AANE, which will contain the Zoom link you will need to join the Chair Exercise session. If you don’t receive this email, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please join Chair Exercises on time!
We will use Zoom to host the interest series meetings. You will need:
• a computer or tablet. (You can use a mobile phone, but it won’t be quite as good.)
• an Internet connection
• a webcam so you can see and interact with other players.
You aren’t required to install anything on your computer or tablet in order to use Zoom, but some people do find it helpful to download the Zoom client. https://zoom.us/download
