Online Local NY “Open” Resource + Connection Session for Families of Teens, 9/16/20, 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM EDT

DESCRIPTION: This Local NY group is an opportunity for NY state parents of high school teens with Asperger/autism profiles to connect virtually with other parents and learn from AANE’s experienced NY staff about NY-based resources to help your teen make the most of high school and the transition to adulthood. Share experiences, build new bonds, and learn about resources to fortify forging ahead during these difficult times.

REGISTRATION: is required to receive the meeting link in a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Registration closes one day prior to the meeting date. Early registration is highly recommended due to limited capacity.

EVENT & GROUP INFORMATION: All programming has moved online for the foreseeable future. Meetings in physical locations have been suspended due to the current health crisis. Groups and activities marked:
- Local City, State in front of the group name are intended for those living in or near the indicated area. If Local is not indicated, the event is available to those living anywhere.
- “Open” have new people coming and going from session to session. “Closed” have the same members for a set number of sessions.
