WHAT: This 90-minute workshop will be using movement, breath, meditation, and mindfulness to identify stressors in life and use them as a springboard for insight and action.
The goal of this workshop is to recognize how one shows up with their edges in time of stress. The majority of time will focus on embodied movement along with intention setting, breath work, meditation, and a reflection process where participants may create one or more reasonable action steps to implement immediately. Whole group sharing will happen briefly at the beginning and end of the workshop. Participants do not need any yoga experience to take this workshop.
