Analysis of Gut Microbiota Association with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Research Study

The Lurie Center for Autism of the MassGeneral Hospital for Children is conducting a research
study to evaluate the association of the gut microbiome with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in
children between the ages of 3 and 14 years old who have been diagnosed with ASD. Siblings
and family members without ASD who are between the ages of 3 and 21 years old may also be
enrolled into the study.
Taking part in this study will involve 2 remote or in-person screening visit at the Lurie Center. All
study-related procedures and evaluations will be provided at no cost to you. Participants will be
compensated for their time.
