Primary Responsibilities:

Community Training Coordination

  • Coordinate speakers for community trainings
  • Respond to external requests for trainings within 2 business days of request
  • Draft training proposals for community training requests
  • Collaborate with Business Department to issue and collect community training payments
  • Track community training revenue and expenses


Webinar Training Series Coordination

  • Coordinate speakers for webinar training series
  • Coordinate with Marketing Department to promote monthly webinars
  • Edit, upload and manage online webinar and training content
  • Track online training revenue and expenses


Conference Coordination

  • In collaboration with the Director of Training, host and facilitate all conference events
  • In collaboration with the Director of Training, identify, book and coordinate speakers for conference events
  • In collaboration with the Director of Training and Marketing Team, collect and develop marketing materials for conference events
  • Complete CEU applications and coordinate all CEU requirements for conference events and all other trainings events as required
  • Apply for ASWB program approval within first year of hire 
  • Provide requested support to registrants before, during and after conference events
  • Develop and draft program books for conference events
  • Collaborate with Marketing Department for conference promotion 
  • Provide requested technical assistance and support before and during the conference 
  • Edit and upload conference presentation recordings

Internal Professional Development Coordination

  • Support coordination of monthly internal training for AANE staff

All other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred 
  • Demonstrated professional and/or personal interest in, and experience with children, teens and adults with Asperger’s or similar autism spectrum and neurodiverse profiles 
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Zoom, Vimeo, Microsoft Office, and G Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to delegate and/or ask for help when needed

  • Part-time, 20-hours/week
