Advocating for Your Child with AS in Public School

Description

This workshop is designed to help empower parents as advocates for
their children in the IEP process. Understanding Asperger Syndrome,
learning specifics about how it affects your child, services needed in
school, and even MA law will be covered. Everyone will leave with a
worksheet for IEP planning that can be used each year. Discussion/
questions follow the lecture and individualized phone support is available
following the workshop if needed.
