Respite Care for Families of Children with Disabilities

Research Study

Researchers at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, in partnership with Family Empowerment (a division of Pathlight), are seeking parents of children, adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to complete a survey on use of respite care and related services. Previous use of respite care is not required for participation. Parents 18 years or older are invited to participate. Findings from this study will be used to inform the creation of a free, publicly available respite care training curriculum.

Please use the link provided below to access the electronic survey. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. You will have the option to enter your name into a raffle to win one of two $25 gift cards to a merchant of your choice. Please address any questions or concerns to Ashley Woodman, Ph.D., by phone (413-545-0292) or email (awoodman@psych.umass.edu).
