Autism and Health Care Survey from Washington State University

My name is Miranda Leskinen. I am a graduate student at Washington State University Vancouver, and am currently working as a Research Assistant for Dr. Dana Lee Baker. Our research focuses on the experiences of children with autism and their families with health care settings. We would very much appreciate it if your organization could help us recruit participants for our survey.

Participation is of course voluntary. It is our hope that the survey results will shed light on how health care policies and practices might better serve children with autism and their families.
